The SMD pick and place machines of the HLX series are designed for high mix / high speed production. These placement machines feature quick and easy programming and changeover without downtime. The robust construction and the use of linear motors for the travel axes guarantee reliability and highest precision. Due to the wide component range and the large feeder capacity even complex PCBs can be populated in one run.




Component range: 0201 to 75x75 mm or 100x50 mm (chips, fine pitch, BGA, CSP, Flip Chip). Feeder capacity: 192x8 mm and 20 slot tray changer (HLX8100) or 128x8mm and 20 slot tray changer (HLX3200). The use of the tray changer does not reduce the feeder capacity! Placement speed: Up to 22'000 cph (HLX8200) or 11'250 cph (HLX8100) respectively. The SMEMA interface enables the inline connection of multiple pick and place machines or other machines.
