The FLX2011-C SMD Pick and Place system is universally compatible with production lines using the SMEMA standard interface. The three stage conveyor system provides fast and safe transport on only a 3 mm transport surface. The linking of more than one FLX2011-C system creates a high flexible production line with mid size volume production performance. The modular concept allows additional modules to be added as production requirements increase. The FLX2011 module covers the range from 0402 to 0.6 mm pitch standard components at a performance of 6000 comp/hr. The FLX2011-V module adds the possiblity of fine-pitch and BGA component production and any other combinations. Glue and/or Solder Paste dispensing applications can be integrated into any of the modules. The large number of feeders supported, up to 100 lanes per module (L-Model till 150), allows the most common components to be permanently loaded. The use of intelligent feeders with optional Bar-Code reader MIS-BAR reduces the setup time to and absolute minimum and therefore saves valueable production time.
