The CSM7100 is an irreplaceable universal Pick and Place system for the production of small series and prototyping. With the possibility to load up to 100 tape, or 160 stick feeders, Restbands and Palettes, this system offers all the prerequisites required for high flexibility.

The Laser centering system guarantees the centering of components up to 33x33mm in size, and covers the standard range of SMD components. Unlike traditional machines with mechanical centering, the CSM7100 uses touch-less centering, and requires no calibration at startup. Precise placement is therefore guaranteed.

With solid construction, combined with highly developed Windows based software, programming and operation is fast and efficient. The software is based on the same platform as the FLX2010, which are operating daily at more than 200 locations worldwide. The CSM7100 contains the same functionality and possiblities, for example the direct CAD conversion or the Virutal machine desktop.

The system is available as a table top model or with a solid steel base. The base is used for holding the control PC and can be used for additional feeder storage. CAD converting software, a dispensing system CSM701/CSM704 for solder paste or glue, and automatic reference mark recognition can be optionally installed.

The CSM7100 System has a weath of integrated features which have been specifically developed for small volume productions and prototyping.

New: The model CSM7100-V additionally features a vision system with a high speed image processing software. It provides a 100% quality check of BGA and fine pitch components before placement. If missing balls or bent leads are detected, the component is returned to the tray.
