The EXPERT SMD Pick and Place Machine is designed for small series/prototyping and completing a PCB production. Fitted with the EXPERT patented air suspended pick and place head, it offers guaranteed precise and troublefree production. Two manual models cover the the standard component range (-M) and including Fine-Pitch (-FP). A large number of accessories allows the customer to configure a system to met their requirements.

The EXPERT-M or -FP models are used worldwide in prototyping laboratories and electronic departments.
All EXPERT-Models are modular allowing excellent investment protection. Both manual models can be upgraded to semi-automatic models or to a model with integrated BGA/Micro BGA/Fine Pitch and Pick and Place (MPL/UP3100).
The EXPERT system has a weath of integrated features which have been specifically developed for small volume productions and prototyping.
