FLX1020/1030V

The fully automatic assembly machines FLX2021/FLX2031 place up to 18’000 comp/h and offers up to 300 feeders (L-Model: till 480). The machines flexibility is unique, offering the possibility to run production runs with full speed inline, but also allows to run smaller, different batches simultaneously on the machine. The possibility to integrate up to 6 dispense heads, place components from 0201 up to 50x50 Fine Pitch, BGA, MicroBGA, Flip Chip, plus odd-shapes components make this maschine the most versatile system currently available on the market.

The FLX2021/FLX2031 provides the most versatile assembly system on the market. Two different models are available. The FLX2021 enables placement speeds of 12'000 comp/h, while the FLX2031 provides speeds of 18'000 comp/h. Both models allow to change over from one product to the other with no down time and include intelligent feeders which communicate directly with the machine.

Both models can be set up simply via Software into two independent placement systems, allowing to produce two completely different boards at the same time. Linking the FLX-machines additionally with the unique Board Handling system BHLDUNL allow to operate it inline or in batch mode for simultaneous assembly of two complete different board types.

The integrated optimisation software allows to program the feeders via a wireless bar code reader, guarantee correct component set up, manages in real time the entire component stock on the machine and in the shelf and provides the user with online machine data for process optimisation.

Glue and/or Solder Paste dispensing applications can be additionally integrated into any of the modules, making this machine the ideal choice also for prototyping jobs, or double sided board applications.

The model FLX2021 can be also later upgraded to a FLX2031 model directly in the field, providing therefore the highest possible investment protection for its users.
