Process control requirements and system capability is required more and more even for Reflow ovens. The available ROSOFT Software provides this information to assist with such protocol controls.

The ROSOFT software allows the analysis of the soldering process from a graphical display of the different temperatures. Along with the temperature measurement of the PCB, the values of the individual heating zones can be displayed. Different graphs can be displayed to analyse any process variations.
