The CDS6700 Dispensing automat combines modern dispensing technics with rational machine construction. Standard features from the CDS6900 such as automatic topography measurement of the PCB, automatic parameter monitoring via vision system and automatic reference mark recognition can be individually configured to meet customers requirements.
