Dispenser systems have been integrated in nearly all of the 200 worldwide installations of the FLX2010 Pick and Place machine. On a single machine the dispensing tasks can therefore be directly performed avoiding the necessity to buy a dedicated dispensing machine. Both dispensing systems can be retrofitted on an already installed machine.

Both the FLX-DTP time/pressure dispenser for glue or the FLX-DSV archimedies dispenser for glue and/or solder paste are available. The automatic converting of Pick and Place data to a dispensing program provides programming within seconds. An integrated dispensing library contains the solderpaste and glue dots for over 200 components, additional components can be added easily. The dispensing path optimisation, which comes as standard, and global parameters are simple and easy to setup.
