The new CDS6250 dispensing machine comes equipped with a NanoJet Valve. It dispenses adhesives, filled adhesives, pastes, lubricants, paints, lacquers, and much more – all contactless. The machine serves up to 540,000 points per hour; the smallest volume for reproducible dispensing is 2 nl.

The Dispensingsystem CDS6250 is the ideal machine for high precision and ultra fast dispensing of a wide range of media.

The system works without any contact between dispensing needle and substrates and can guarantee therefore by example with dam and fill applications no damages to any bond wires.

All dispensing parameters are fully programmable and allow to realise in real time different dot or line sizes. The easy to use programming interface ensures a full process control including dispensing temperature.

The machine is available as a stand alone solution, but also as a SMEMA compatible in line system which includes a fully automatic reference recognition system.
