The FLX-MIS Software is used on the FLX pick and place systems. It can be installed either on the host PC directly on the machine or on a Offline-Programming station.
The software guarantees an optimized trough put by automatical Line Balancing and Feeder Set Up optimization. The integrated Component Management keeps track about component stock and warns operators before the machine has to stop. In combination with the intelligent feeders with LED status indication on the FLX-series can production stops nearly completely avoided. Depending the priority of the production type (speed or change over) also compelte feeder set ups can be simulated in the Software to achieve best possible machine availablility. Additionally is the complete production traced and process optimization can be effected by analyzing the collected data.
