The combined PCB Handling System BH08 incorporates four functions in one single system. Used as board handling system between the FLX pick and place system and the reflow oven, it provides an unsurpassed flexibility.

The Board Handling System BH08 loads and unloads boards to and from the FLX pick and place systems as well as the linked reflow oven. Following functions can be automatized by using this system.

- Unloading of placed PCB’s to a rack
- Transfer placed boards directly into the reflow oven
- Transfer placed boards into an inspection section where a manual ok has to be given before the board is transported to the oven
- Unloading boards to a buffer, which is then accessed by the oven
- Load and unload boards to the FLX systems
