Placing SMD LED?s on foil keyboards consist of three process stages. With these requirements in mind an adapted FLX2010 Pick and Place machine can provide all three process steps, in one run on one machine.

	Proven standard software

The larger Pick and Place area of 650 x 600 mm allows the ability to work with larger foils or mutli-boards. The machine provides, in one run, the glue to fix the LED, precise placement of the LED using Laser centering, and conductive silver dispensing on the LED connections. The vacuum table provides a secure foil platform allowing easy handling of the foil keyboard.
