Due to the worldwide installation of ESSEMTEC equipment, we have developed our systems to require minimal service work. Wherever possibel, standard components are used which can be sourced locally if required. This of course makes servicing simplier, but still cannot replace a strong service organisation.
Even with careful component selection and quality control, the system is still susceptible to normal wear and tear. Therefore to increase the life of the system regular service is necessary. Suitable maintenance contracts or service agreements are available in most countries.
Service & Support worldwide is built on 2 levels. The first support level is your local ESSEMTEC branch or agent. They can provide ESSEMTEC trained Service Technicians for maintenance and service requirements. As a backup our own ESSEMTEC Service Technicians, Hotline Support crew and specific product specialists located in Switzerland are available.
