CDS6200 with two Jet dispenser systems

The machine concept consists of a CDS6200 with two various Jet valves fixed at its head. Additional, this machine concept contains a custom built vacuum table, which can be adjusted manual in the height of + 10 mm and can be triggered independent via software.
The vacuum table, which is necessary for the fixing of the carrier for the component enables the customer to work a vast range of applications. Nevertheless, it is removable from the table by hand and is to bring into use easily again. This system is well-tried in the past at other pick & place systems. Like this, an identical vacuum table is used for the placement of 0402 components at flexible substrates with a FLX2011.
Especially at the placement of Led’s as well as at further applications, where similar components in large scale have to be placed at the carrier for the components, the double-dispenser brings a benefit of time. Because of the two Jet valves media, as silver leading adhesive and und SMD-adhesive e.g., can be deposited simultaneous in the ideal case. Because of this, the processing time per component can be reduced extremely. By a third Jet dispenser, which can be installed at the same head, this processing time can be minimized additional.
The proportioning systems of the CDS-series are flexible platforms, which can be adjusted modular at a lot of applications. They have a vast standard selection of valves and functions at their disposal. Programming and operating remain easy and enable the flexible adjustment of process parameters in operation also. The customized adjustments had been designed and implemented considering the technical feasibility and economic efficiency.
