The automatic pick+place FLX2011/2021/2031 are the follower of the successful FLX2010/ 2020/ 2030. The new model feature 20 % faster placement speed. This increase is enabled by improved motor amplification and the optimization of the head travel path.
The resolution of the new linear measuring system is five times better than before (1 μm). This increases the placement security especially for small chips such as 01005 or fine pitch QFP.
