Essemtec to Expand Product Range
New Product Launches at productronica 2011
On booth A3.358 at the upcoming productronica 2011 exhibition in Munich, Essemtec will highlight a new 3D SMD placement machine, the Scorpion dispensing machine and new Cobra Feeders. The company also launches eMIS, the integrated production management software.
Essemtec will premier a new 12 mm high speed Cobra Feeder in addition to the 2x8 mm feeders. Cobra feeders are of the world’s fastest and most accurate component feeding systems and support the performance of Paraquda and Cobra pick and place machines. The new 12 mm feeders are intelligent, fully programmable and fit on the standard racks for 8 mm feeders.
Essemtec’s Scorpion dispensing machine, based on the Paraquda machine platform, is a highly performant, highly flexible system. Its accuracy of +/- 25 μm is extraordinary and in some applications the machine reaches a speed of up to 100’000 dots per hour. Its H-Drive system is designed for high loads and holds up to four independent dispensing heads.
eMIS is the the new production management suite based on Essemtec’s eez-Technology. It includes a real-time interface to ePlace, the pick and place control software and to ERP systems. eMIS supports responsibles in production, stock management, purchasing and quality in organizing a seamless and cost effective electronics manufacturing.
