machine is transmitted in real time to the supporter’s PC. With a special mouse pointer, the remote supporter guides the customer through the program and follow life

The supporter is additionally connected by phone for the direct communication with the customer. Via the remote support link software or file download is simple. Complicated FTP file transfers are not required.

Operator Safety
