Level 1: MyEssemtec.com

MyEssemtec is the know-how database for our customers. From this source you can get

  • Actual machine manuals
  • Spare parts lists
  • Schematics

Level 2: Local Support

Call your local Essemtec distributor. Find your nearest Essemtec representative. Your nearest Essemtec support point is shown on the right side of this page. If not, please select your country from the list on the top right corner of this page.

 

Level 3: Essemtec Hotline and Remote Support

Call the Essemtec hotline in Switzerland to talk to an Engineer from the manufacturer. All computer controlled machines can be equiped with an internet based remote support software that will allow the hotline to provide quick support. 

Note:The availability and cost of the hotline service are depending on your service contract.  Have your machine data (type, serial number and software version) and service contract ready when calling.

 

24 hours global support concept:

On weekdays 8-17 call your local service office. Often help is attainable also outside the indicated time, listen to the instructions on the phone answering machine.
